I found broken spring on garage door first thing in the morning. I called River City at 7AM and left a message.. Got a call back before 8 AM….was at my residence by 10:30 AM…fixing the problem…. Ron was very professional and knowledgeable…Fair price for work done and trip out….can’t ask for more..Thanks for fitting me into your schedule so quickly!

Today I spoke with one of your service agents using the Lawrenceburg phone number. There were two reasons I called your company. #1 I needed service on one of my Wayne-Dalton garage I-drive doors, and #2 your company is a member of our local Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce. I don’t have the gentleman’s name; however, he was very cordial and professional. When I explained my problem, he was kind enough to refer me to another service provider in the market that he felt could help me address my problem…especially if I were needing to acquire replacement parts. I felt compelled to write this note of appreciation not only to commend your company but to also note that your service agent referred me to a company that was able to handle walking me through reprograming my Wayne-Dalton I-drive to fix my problem over the phone without the need of sending-out a service person. You see, I had already had a service person from another company come and look at my problem…that person stated that repair was not possible…our garage door system was old and most likely needed to be replaced. He then service charge us and offered to apply the service charge to the purchase of a new door opener system. Over the years, I have become much more sensitive about companies I do business with….I look to see if they are members of local Chambers and see the value in being accredited by the BBB. Having had my best interest in getting the right service for my problem, your company “River City Door” will be the first company name I will refer friends and family to when approached about a genuinely good company to do business with. Your service agent has proven your company strives to represent the business community with Honesty and Integrity.

Excellent service— Called first thing in the morning. Wife had her car stuck in the garage and needed to get to work. Ron showed up and had her on her way in 45 minutes. Would recommend!!!
We love our new garage door! The installation and final look is unbelievable! He was prompt, treated our property (and dog) as if they were his own. Very clean, thorough and extremely nice. We originally shopped at Lowest but received a better grade garage door, better warranty and personal installation (from the owner not a sub contractor of a large company) for a better price. Never said a bad word about a competitor. We would recommend River City Door to EVERYONE!!
